Pocketpair has announced a new major update for the open world sandbox Palworld, which will be released in December 2024. It will add to the game the largest island in its entire history, full of dangers and new creatures.

The new mysterious island in Palworld will be approximately six times larger than the previously added Sakurajima. Players will find powerful bosses living in the towers and many new Pals, including rare and aggressive species. The developers promise to add other new elements to the game, details of which will be revealed closer to release through official channels on YouTube and social networks.

Previously, Pocketpair announced a collaboration with the popular adventure sandbox Terraria, which has sold more than 60 million copies. The event is scheduled for 2025, with details to come.

Palworld is an open world multiplayer game that combines elements of survival, crafting and collecting creatures called Pals. Players can catch, train, use them to perform various tasks, fight with them, breed them, and even sell them. There are more than 100 types of Pals in the game, including unique and rare subspecies. Each of them has its own characteristics – some are able to fly, others control firearms. The project offers a vast world with various biomes, dungeons with treasures and powerful bosses.
