At the presentation of The Game Awards 2021, the exact release date for the first-person shooter CrossfireX, based on the famous CrossFire frangish, was announced. The game will be released on February 10, 2022 on Xbox Series X | S and Xbox One. As of yet, nothing is known about the PC release.
Below is the new CrossfireX trailer shown at the presentation. It demonstrates cutscenes and staged gameplay footage. Recall that the game will feature multiplayer from Smilegate, the developers of the original, and the Finnish studio Remedy Entertainment is responsible for the storyline campaign.
