Nexon answered three frequently asked questions regarding the upcoming closed beta of third-person multiplayer shooter The First Descendant. We have translated them into Russian.
1. Unable to install or access the game on Steam.
Despite having a button [Играть сейчас], the game will not be available until the start of the cross-platform open beta test (September 19 ~ 25). Further installation notice and testing guidance will be provided as this milestone approaches. Cross-platform open beta testing will be open to everyone without any additional codes. Players can receive The First Descendant mailing list and the Open Beta Gift by pre-registering through The First Descendant website (nexon.com).
2. Will there be support for haptic feedback when using the PlayStation 5 Dualsence controller on PC?
Yes, we plan to add support for haptic feedback when using the PlayStation 5 Dualsence controller on PC. To enable haptic feedback when using the PlayStation 5 Dualsence on a PC, you must use a wired cable.
3. What will happen to other backpack cosmetic items that were not selected (Toy Fish, Wind Up Hamster) as a reward for participating in the cross-platform open beta testing?
We are creating different kinds of backpack decoration items, including Toy Fish and Wind Up Hamster, and most of them will be revealed during the launch period. Details on backpack cosmetics will be announced at a later date.
