Sense Game studio has announced the first major addition to the anime-style soulslick action game AI LIMIT, called Eirene’s Furnace of War. The DLC is scheduled to be released on March 27, 2026 for PC and PlayStation 5.
The storyline of Eirene’s Furnace of War will unfold after the ending of the main game and will continue the story of Blader Arrisa, who will go to the Temple of War. There, the heroine will face trials prepared by Bishop Eirene and clashes with new enemy factions.
The add-on will add the “Crucible Arena”, where players will be able to fight not only the original bosses, but also reworked versions of already familiar antagonists. According to the developers, old opponents have received updated sets of attacks and mechanics to challenge even experienced fans of the soulslike genre. Completing new zones will also provide access to an expanded arsenal of equipment, including never-before-seen types of weapons, armor, spells, and seals, giving you more options to customize your character’s fighting style.
In the coming months, the authors will reveal details of Arrisa’s new abilities and provide a detailed overview of the Temple of War locations.
