Superkami Studio has released the first part of a major Farming Update for the survival simulator Sengoku Dynasty. As the name suggests, the update is dedicated to the farming system.
The first part of the update introduces a variety of land and aquatic crops that can be grown and harvested, including millet, garlic, leeks, parsley, wasabi, turnips and rice. Additionally, the southern region of the expansive map features the new Aratani Village, a peaceful farming village where players can interact with merchant farmers, replenish resources, and complete new and exciting quests. There are also new farming tools and a new structure in the form of a compost station.
“Farming was the most important activity in medieval Japan and one of the most frequently requested functions by players. We’re excited to introduce it in our first major content update, which also includes significant performance improvements throughout the game. We look forward to sharing our future plans soon.” — said Jan Sjeslar, CEO of Superkami.
