Since the global launch of MMORPG Throne and Liberty, many players have encountered various problems with the game. Publisher Amazon Games decided to talk about the most popular and noticeable problems associated with both the game and the servers.
Briefly about the main thing:
- Instability and unavailability of game servers. From the first minutes of the servers launch, players encountered disconnects, “black screens” during loading, and “endless” connections. This was especially noticeable in Europe. The reason was that the Gate servers were overloaded, so their number was increased threefold. After this, the number of errors decreased significantly, but the problem has not yet been completely resolved.
- Cannot Create Character Error 10. This error appeared when a player tried to create a character on a server where there was already a ban on this. Due to a server error, the menu with server populations was not updated in real time, and players could enter already filled game worlds. However, the character creation ended in error. The problem has now been fixed.
- Lack of a list of gaming friends. There are reports from players that their “friend list” has disappeared, as well as problems with friend requests that remain on the screen even after being accepted or rejected. The problem is still not resolved.
- Problems with the operation of cross-server auctions. Some NSD servers in Europe had problems with the auction, which only worked within the game world. Attempts to combine them caused new problems: the inability to put items up for sale, incorrect display of sale status, and delays in the accrual of lucents. Solving this problem took a lot of time, but in the end everything worked as it should.
- Resetting game settings, hotkeys, “absence” in the server and character menu. This problem was associated with the high load on the servers responsible for storing character data. By adding multiple servers, such problems were significantly reduced. And if you encounter one of these errors, simply restart the game client.
- Not receiving Amazon Games ID rewards. Some players are unable to receive their rewards for linking to Amazon Games IDand the problem has not been resolved yet. Therefore, it was decided to issue items manually, which may take some time.
