A lot of Honkai: Star Rail fans have been looking forward to the moment when the opportunity to play as Kafka will appear. So far, she has only been seen in the storyline and as the boss of the Virtual Universe. Now, finally, she has become available as a playable character. You can get it in a temporary banner with an increased chance along with Luca, Serval and Sampo.
Kafka’s abilities are as follows:
- Forgiveness is not related to mercy (Technique) – Instantly attacks all enemies in the specified area and after the start of the battle, inflicts electrical damage to all enemies. It also has a chance to inflict a Shock-like status on all opponents for several turns.
- midnight noise (Basic Attack) – Inflicts electrical damage to the selected enemy.
- cruel tenderness (Talent) – After an ally uses a basic attack, Kafka immediately performs a bonus attack that deals minor electrical damage to the target and has a high chance of inflicting a Shock-like status for several turns. This effect can only trigger once per turn.
- gentle moonlight (skill) – Deals electrical damage to the selected enemy and nearby targets. If an enemy has a damage over time debuff applied to them, they take additional damage over time equal to a certain percentage of the original damage.
- Twilight trill (superpower) – Inflicts electrical damage to all enemies, and also has a chance to inflict the Shock status on targets for several turns and immediately deal damage to them equal to a certain percentage of the initial damage. An opponent with the Shock status will receive periodic electrical damage equal to a certain percentage of Kafka’s attack power at the start of each turn.
Together with Kafka, a companion mission related to her became available in the game.
You can get Kafka before the release of update 1.3, that is, until August 30, 2023. If you do not have time to do this, you will have to wait for the reran.
