If you’re waiting for a new biome in the Valheim sandbox, you’ll have to wait a little longer. In the latest post, the developers warned that a lot of testing would be required before the official release of the Misty Lands update.
At the moment, the team is working on filling the biome, adding new creatures, new dungeons, new weapons, and more. Therefore, it is clearly not worth waiting for its appearance in the near future, although we are assured that the expectations are worth it.
“Designing a new biome is a complex task – many pieces must be put together before the biome can provide a complete gaming experience. Its completion will require many iterations and tests. Even though it’s still quite a long time before the final version, we’re really enjoying the process. We believe that the result is worth the wait! — said the developers.
