Perhaps this is an isolated case
In the photo below you can see the fresh flagship Samsung Galaxy Note20 with fogged up cameras. And all three cameras fogged up.
The story was described by the owner of the device from South Korea. The highlight of this story is that the smartphone has already managed to visit the official Samsung service center, where … no problem was found. More specifically, a fogging problem is normal, according to the service center. This can happen during temperature changes when there is moisture inside the smartphone.
And if the physical side of the problem does not cause any questions – many motorists have encountered headlights fogging – then in the case of a smartphone, firstly, this is very rare, and secondly, at such moments the cameras of the device turn out to be practically useless. The user also brought examples of photos.
It is worth noting that there has been no official public response from Samsung yet. It is possible that after the publicity, the company will agree to exchange or repair the device. It is also not yet possible to say whether this is an isolated case or whether other Galaxy Note20 owners should also prepare.
