The Pixel 5a 5G smartphone can be equipped with a Snapdragon 750G processor

Today we announced that Google is going to delight gamers and developers with new features in Android 12. Now, insiders have shared information regarding the Pixel 5a 5G. It will likely be the only successor to the Pixel 4a lineup to still have a 4G version. In April, tipsters reported that the 5a 5G will have a Snapdragon 765G chipset, the same as the Pixel 4a. Now the Indian blogger Trak said that this is not the case: the new smartphone will be equipped with the Snapdragon 750G chipset.

The 750G has 8 nanometers versus 7 for the 765G, because of this it loses a little in terms of energy efficiency. At the same time, the frequency of the graphics accelerator is 27% higher. In general, 765G is better than 750G by 1 point per Nano Review… As for the amount of memory, 6/128 GB UFS 3.1 is expected; there is no slot for microSD. The battery will be 3,840 mAh and 20W fast charging. 6.2-inch OLED display.

On the back, a dual camera module is expected, as well as a fingerprint scanner. As for the date of the announcement, there will be no official information until at least August. We are waiting for new information from insiders.
