The release date of MMORPG Blade & Soul 2 in China became known – the project will receive a number of changes and improvements

NCSOFT and TENcent named the release date of the cross -platform MMORPG Blade & Soul 2 in China – April 3, 2025. At the moment, preliminary registration is being carried out, and in the early days of the start, players will receive many gifts, including cosmetic objects and resources for the development of the character.

The announcement of the Chinese version took place in December 2023, but due to various problems, the release dragged on. Reviews of the Chinese audience based on the results of past tests also played a role. The developers had to make many changes to the game. For example, each class will receive new active skills, which will affect the combat system, and the frequency of the appearance of some game events, such as world bosses, was reduced to reduce the load on the players. In addition, work was carried out to optimize the stability of the game, the user interface was improved, the character development system was changed, the assortment of costumes was expanded, and the PVE and PVP content were updated.

The Blade & Soul 2 release in South Korea took place in August 2021, and it was assumed that the game would quickly reach all key countries and regions. However, the project was not perceived positively by players, and NCSoft refused to launch large -scale launch. In the future, a small team of developers gradually made changes to the game, taking into account the requirements of the players. At the moment, the game is available only in South Korea, Japan and Taiwan as part of a single service. There is no news about the release of the game in the CIS, Europe and North America.
