The release date of the Project Gaia shooter with zombies in China has become known, we turn on the Hachiko mode

Project Gaia is a multiplayer shooter powered by Unreal Engine 4. We talked about it in detail here when the CBT was taking place. The project is in the early stages of development, so the release date will not be fast. We learned about this during the presentation of TapTap Present 2021. TapTap now hangs that the release will take place in 2021, but apparently the studio has moved the date to the first half of 2022.

The gameplay is as follows: we choose an operator and set off to shoot zombies in a third person. Graphics for levels, corridor locations. The aiming system is interestingly made: the camera approaches. There are places at the locations where you can replenish the stock of first-aid kits and cartridges. There are small cut-scenes on the game engine. In general, if the project is brought to mind, then it will be a mobile alternative to The Division, only without a budget.

Project Gaia will be released on iOS and Android. While the release is scheduled for China, there is no information about the global version. It will probably be a shareware project with all that it implies. You can pre-register through TapTap
