NCSOFT has released the collectible role-playing game Hoyeon in South Korea, Japan and Taiwan. The project is available on PC (Purple) and Android mobile platforms (Google Play) and iOS (App Store). However, as often happens, installing the game can cause some problems.
As practice has shown, to play on a PC you will need an NCSOFT account from one of the three countries where the game is available. Fortunately, it does not need to be confirmed through identity verification. The main thing is that it is created for the desired country. To do this, simply go to official website and register an account. The procedure is very simple and does not require any IP changes or special skills.
Further, problems may arise with downloading the game, since the Purple application simply redirects you to Google Play, where you may not be able to access the installation file. We recommend using this link or download from here (file version dated 08/28/2024). After this, we run the installation file, and the process of downloading the game in the Purple application begins.
If you were able to install the game through a Purple account created for some other countries, then please report this in the comments. On my Russian and Dutch accounts, the installation was stopped due to the game’s reluctance to appear in Purple.
Hoyeon is an action-adventure collectible role-playing game set three years before the story of the MMORPG Blade & Soul. Players will find a familiar, colorful world and more than sixty playable characters with different fighting styles and personalities. A special feature of the game is the implementation of two combat systems: turn-based battles in single player mode and dynamic battles in the open world with the participation of other players. The developers abandoned PvP elements and tedious repetitive activities, and focused on a fun and exciting PvE adventure.
