Mobile MOBA League of Legends: Wild Rift received a major update adding a new champion named Swain. He is the supreme commander of Noxus, who seeks conquest and respects only strength. During the war with Ionia, he was seriously injured, but managed to seize power over the empire, thanks to the power of the demonic hand.
Swain has the following skills:
- Ravenous Pack (Passive) – Enemy champions drop Soul Fragments that increase maximum health.
- Hand of death – Releases bolts of energy in a cone.
- eye of empire – Creates an area where enemies are revealed and slowed down, and after a while deals damage. Each enemy gives one soul fragment.
- real estate – Releases a wave of energy that returns to Swain. The wave deals damage and Roots the first enemy champion it hits, as well as nearby enemies. Repeated use draws immobilized. Each enemy gives a soul fragment.
- Demonic Ascension (ultimate) – Casts a demonic form that deals periodic damage to all enemies around. Swain also gradually restores his health. When recast, deals damage to enemies and slows them down. Ascension consumes energy, but Swain can drain it from enemies. Kills and assists also restore energy.
In honor of the appearance of Swain, the developers launched the Wild Rift Puzzle event, in which players need to complete the puzzle by completing special tasks. After collecting everything, you can get the Pixel Empire icon as a reward.
The update also made balance changes for champions Olaf and Renekton, increased the attack range of all shooters (and other stats for some shooters), increased the movement speed of all champions by 10%, and reduced critical damage to 175%.
