During the gaming exhibition Summer Game Fest 2023, Square Enix presented a new gameplay trailer for the second part of the remake of the popular jRPG Final Fantasy VII, called Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. The video shows the gameplay in more detail than we could see before. The protagonist Cloud Strife, along with his team, travels through a variety of beautiful locations, which have become even more detailed and larger when compared with Final Fantasy VII Remake.
Additionally, the approximate release date for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth was revealed at the end of the trailer. The game will be released in early 2024 as a temporary exclusive for the PlayStation 5. The novelty will be distributed on two discs at once.
