After the successful completion of the closed alpha testing of the real-time strategy Stormgate, the developers are preparing for the next stage. The closed beta will take place in December and will allow players to try out the 3vE co-op mode, which pits three players against artificial intelligence. A 1v1 PvP mode will also be available.

After testing is completed, Stormgate is expected to launch in early access. As representatives of Frost Giant Studios explained, this decision was influenced by the “success story” of games such as Baldur’s Gate 3 and Hades, which were initially released in the early access stage, as well as feedback from alpha testers. This will also allow the team to receive feedback from players and make changes faster.
