NVIDIA revealed the September list of games with DLSS support, and the main item was The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Remastered.
The remaster, announced at gamescom Opening Night Live, will be released on September 29 and will be available to owners of the original for free. In addition to this, already released titles will receive an upgrade, including 007 First Light.
CD Projekt RED will add path tracing, DLSS 4.5 Ray Reconstruction and Dynamic Multi Frame Generation to the updated version. The DLSS Super Resolution upscaler will also be updated to version 4.5. In parallel, the studio is preparing the expansion The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Songs of the Past, the release of which is scheduled for 2027.
The second major update will come on September 15th, when IO Interactive’s 007 First Light will receive path tracing and DLSS 4.5 Ray Reconstruction. Together with the existing support for DLSS 4.5 Super Resolution and Dynamic Multi Frame Generation, this should significantly change the behavior of lighting, shadows and reflections. Those who do not have a suitable GeForce RTX graphics card can run it through a GeForce NOW Ultimate subscription.
DLSS 5 with 3D-Guided Neural Rendering has already debuted in NBA 2K27. The technology works on GeForce RTX 50 series video cards and laptops, as well as GeForce NOW. AI enhances image detail while artists retain precise control over the resulting visual style.
The rest of the new products of the month are distributed as follows:
-
Honeycomb: The World Beyond from Frozen Way and Snail Games USA is available now. The survival sandbox on the planet Sota7 supports DLSS 4.5 Super Resolution, Dynamic Multi Frame Generation, and traced effects are enhanced by NVIDIA RTX Direct Illumination and DLSS 4.5 Ray Reconstruction
-
WARDOGS from BULKHEAD and Team17 goes into Early Access on September 10th with DLSS 4.5 Super Resolution, Dynamic Multi Frame Generation and NVIDIA Reflex to reduce latency. The massive shooter received more than 1.5 million wishlist additions and over 500 thousand participants in the closed beta in August
-
PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS will receive support for DLSS Super Resolution on September 10, and through DLSS overrides in the NVIDIA application it will be possible to switch to version 4.5 models
-
Aniimo from Pawprint Studios launches September 16th with DLSS 4.5 Super Resolution and Dynamic Multi Frame Generation. The free-to-play, open-world, creature-capturing RPG will add NVIDIA ACE in early 2027
-
Active Matter will join the list of titles with support for DLSS Super Resolution and multi-frame generation
The implementation of ACE in Aniimo deserves special attention. Players will be able to communicate with their creatures by voice and ordinary phrases, and requests will be processed by a small Nemotron language model running locally on the user’s video card. This approach removes the dependence on cloud servers when operating the dialog system.
Along with the announcement of the September selection, NVIDIA announced the release of a new GeForce Game Ready driver. It optimizes path tracing performance in 007 First Light and adds support for the listed games.
