Transformers Alliance released in Asia, where you can now fight the Decepticons and collect Autobots. At least in this game I will have a Chevrolet Camaro.
Transformers Alliance is a mobile project with augmented reality. It’s essentially Pokemon GO, but with a pinch of Michael Bay. The developers have added cool video inserts with explosions and shots, they also involve Optimus Prime, Bumblebee and their sworn enemies. Since the trial run is in Japan, the dialogues and subtitles are in the local dialect.
Your task in Transformers Alliance is to collect a squad of rare robots, as well as look for equipment for them. The gameplay is in vertical format, but that doesn’t mean that the fights are purely on the machine – we are offered a moveset, just like in fighting games like Mortal Kombat. Battles last a maximum of one and a half minutes, and for winning them we get materials for pumping.
Players will have to build a base and attack enemy structures, which is already more of a geo-strategy. Of course, the chance of success depends on the coolness of the Transformers, so “Catch them all.”
