25451 Unique hero Zarus appeared in patch 0.10 for MOBA Predecessor

Update 0.10 for the third-person MOBA Predecessor introduced a new unique character named Zarus, who was not in the original Paragon game. He is the Champion of Nier and a fierce warrior with an insatiable appetite for power and glory. His skills are as follows:

  • Gladiator (passive) – Dealing damage with basic attacks or abilities to enemy heroes or monsters grants you a Gladiator charge, which can stack up to 8 times. Each charge grants 1% increased physical strength.
  • Thrust [ЛКМ] – Basic melee attack that deals physical damage.
  • Barricade [Q] – Uses a shield to reduce damage taken. Upon recasting or expiring, deals damage in front of it based on the duration, and stuns targets.
  • Evade [E] – Charges in the direction of travel, gaining movement speed and attack speed.
  • Spear of Nyr [ПКМ] – Charges and throws a spear that deals physical damage to targets hit. If you release the button within 0.3s, the ability will only go on cooldown for half the time. Damage is increased by 2 times against targets with less than 20% of maximum health. Deals 75% damage to minions.
  • Coliseum [R] – Jump on an enemy hero, dealing physical damage. The bonus from the Gladiator is doubled. If the target is killed within 6 seconds, you will permanently gain 6/8/10 physical strength. You can reuse this ability to end it early.

The update also introduced a large number of balance changes for characters and items, as well as bug fixes. You can find the full list of changes at page on Steam.
