Walkthrough Detroit Become Human Mission #27 Freedom March

The deviants of Jericho did a lot to ensure that their efforts in the struggle for freedom were perceived by society. So far, Marcus’ actions have been carried out in secrecy. It is time to openly assert our rights and let people know that they are independent units and no longer need their owners.

That’s why Marcus – along with other characters from Jericho – takes to the streets of Detroit.

Home – Rest alone

Before North (6) appears, Marcus will have time to relax and rethink his next steps. During this time, do the following

  • Read “Android Riot” (1) and “Space Race in the East” (2) – the magazine is on the ground next to the chair.
  • Look at the mirror (3) – the mirror is on the ground, near the wall, to the right of the piano.
  • Play the piano (4) – after you play the piano, Marcus will step onto the beam (5), which will prevent him from doing steps 1-3, so do that at the end.

When Markus enters the beam (5), North will appear (6). A conversation will start, during which you can narrow down the relationship between the characters.

The first three questions of the dialogue will not affect the course of the conversation. Only the fourth answer affects the relationship between North and Marcus. If you want to create a romantic theme, learn more about North, and improve relationships, select the following dialogue options

  • True – you will share your past (7).
  • North’s Past – Ask North about her past (8).
  • Trust – after this answer, Marcus will be able to connect with North and thus share his memories (9).

Meeting in Jericho (10)

After North leaves, Simon may appear in Jericho. But that would only be if the last chapter of Stratford Tower ended in a breakout and Simon survived in “Public Enemy (11)”. Then there will be a second meeting (10), during which Simon will forgive Markus (12).

Mall (13)

The action of the chapter will move to the city. At the mall, you need to recruit androids doing their daily chores – to collect as many deviants as you can march through the streets of Detroit.

Approach the androids and recruit them via touch.

  • Recruit the android vendor (14) – you’ll find him in the hallway on the right side; he stands in front of a musical instrument store.
  • Recruit the android cleaner (15) – you will find him in the hallway on the left side; android washes the floor.
  • Recruit the android helper (16) – you will find him at the end of the passage on the right side; stands next to a woman, talking on the phone.
  • Recruit the android guard (17) – you will find him at the exit from the passage to the street.
  • Recruit an android assistant (18) – when you leave the passage, on the left, next to the truck, you will see an android standing on the sidewalk next to the man. Its owner will be unhappy that the android has a defect. You can be aggressive (19) or remain calm (20)
  • Recruit the androids in the parking lot (21) – after exiting the passage, there are parking lots for androids on the left and right.

When you have recruited enough androids (three is enough), you will be ready to prepare the march (22). Recruit android messengers (23) to block the road (24). You will meet them on the sidewalk, on the left, behind the truck.

Then open the hatch (25) which is in the middle of the street. Thus, you will start the march (26).

Start March (26)

Back to recruiting:

  • Recruit AX400 (27) – You will find him on the left side of the street, he is walking with his family.
  • Recruit worker android a(28) – two workers are on the right side of the street.

It doesn’t matter which android you start with, the android march will start anyway. During the march, recruit the following androids (29). Going further, you will also be able to

  • Hack the Screens (29) – You can find the screen on the right side of the street, next to the multi-storey car park.
  • Ignore or raise your hands (31) – when the cops block the road (30). Regardless of the choice made, the march will continue.
  • Scan (32) – select one of the four dialogues multiple times, move forward and Marcus and the androids will reach the square (33).

Walk to the square (33)

When the crowd of androids reaches the end of the street, the police will block the march (34). No matter what you do, the security team will not back down. The choice of end is not easy, because it will not come without sacrifice. Almost from the very beginning of the dialogue with the police, you will take actions that will affect the future of deviants.

When faced with the police, you will be able to choose one of three paths

  • Hold (35) – which will cause the police to open fire (38).
  • Leave (36) – Police will open fire (39).
  • Attack (37) – Selecting this option will start a fight between the police and androids.

By choosing the options – Hold on (35) and walk away (36), you will be able to change your mind again because you will have to choose

  • Escape (40) – which causes the deviants to run away from the streets of Detroit (Some androids ran away – 43).
  • Sacrifice Himself (41) – Marcus will be motionless, but the police will continue to shoot (44).
  • Attack (42) – Selecting this option will start a fight between the police and androids.

Endings Markus Survived

Below are the endings that will result in Marcus surviving but other important characters may die

  • Simon gave his life to save Marcus (54) – when Marcus sacrifices himself (41), the police will continue to shoot (44).

The ending where Marcus died
