NetEase has restored BattleNet services in China and is preparing for the first tests of Blizzard games. Players can already check safety of your accounts and progress or create a new account. One of the first games that will become available for testing will be World of WarCraft: Classic with an addon Wrath of the Lich King. Everyone will be able to take part in the seven-day test, which starts on June 11. The servers will only be open from 11:00 to 23:00 every day, and after testing is completed, all data will be deleted.

The publisher explained that the “classics” test servers will allow testing stability under load, technical features and the operation of internal services, including the main version of the game. The date for games to resume is still unknown, but Chinese media suggests it could happen at the end of June 2024. And perhaps it is precisely because of this that the developers of the MMORPG Tarisland postponed the release from June 19 to June 12.
