The release date for World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King Classic appears to have been accidentally leaked by Blizzard itself. According to wowhead, citing an image from the official WoW Classic website that was uploaded there and deleted almost immediately, “The Lich King will return on September 26, 2022.”
Thanks to this, we know that the extension should debut on the market on September 26 this year, but this may also turn out to be fake or inaccurate information.
However, if you don’t want to wait that long, you can try to join the expansion’s closed beta tests by going to the official website and clicking the “Join Beta” button.
