According to growing rumors, the action game Black Myth: Wukong will receive two story additions before the release of a full-fledged sequel, which is currently codenamed Black Myth: Jiang Ziya. The release date for the DLC has not been determined, but it will happen after the game is released on XBOX S/X consoles and physical editions go on sale. Perhaps this will happen on the first anniversary of the release – August 20, 2025.
According to insider Lunatic Ignus, the authors of Black Myth: Wukong previously planned to make thirteen chapters, but were forced to reduce them to six. Presumably, the new chapters will have something to do with Buddha, Jade Emperor and Nezha, as audio files related to the mention of these characters have been discovered.
Black Myth: Wukong is an action RPG based on Chinese mythology. Players will take on the role of the Chosen One and embark on an adventure full of trials and wonders to lift the veil of secrecy over the great legend of the Monkey King Sun Wukong.
