XD Entertainment announced the conclusion of an agreement with Bandai Namco for the MMORPG Blue Protocol: Star Resonance in South Korea and Japan. Residents of these countries will receive separate versions with their own servers and localizations. The game will become part of the XD strategy to expand its portfolio games of various genres.
Meanwhile, Haoplay will engage in Blue Protocol: Star Resonance in five more regions of Asia, such as Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore and Malaysia. The official website of this version is already Runned.
Blue Protocol: Star Resonance is based on the Universe of the Closed Mmorpg Blue Protocol universe from the Bandai Namco Entertainment and Bandai Namco Studio. The actions of the game unfold on the planet resonance, where humanity, left by the divine race of the Vafarians, seeks to use their legacy for the development of civilization. The world, which seemed peaceful, faces a threat when the “third race” appears on the planet. These creatures have great force, sufficient to become enemies of both dragons and Vafarians. Faced with the threat of destroying its civilization, humanity goes to ancient ruins to find lost force.
XD Entertainment is known for the development of games such as Torchlight: Infinite, Etheria: Restart and Sword of Convallaria. The company also publishes the first part of Girls’ Frontilne in South Korea. Haoplay, in turn, is the publisher of many projects in some countries, including Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium, Reverse: 1999, Revelation Mobile and Ash Echoes.
Recall that earlier Blue Protocol: Star Resonance went out in China. Global release is expected in 2025.
