MINTROCKET studio shared the plans of the developers of the multiplayer stealth action game about the zombie apocalypse NAKWON: LAST PARADISE. During pre-alpha testing, a lot of feedback from players was received, after which the developers had to reconsider their plans. And now the team has presented a road map for the further development of the game.
The next test of the game will take place in the second half of 2024. This will be an alpha test in which the developers will implement all the basic mechanics and content, and will also take into account all the comments of the players. Briefly about the main thing:
- Strengthening measures to combat cheaters.
- Improving server stability and network infrastructure operation.
- Redesign of the user interface.
- Adding the ability to customize the character’s appearance.
- Adding voice chat to the game.
- Implementation of player selection based on rating (MMR).
- Making changes to the combat system: improving strikes, separating slots for the left and right hands, improving character physics, etc.
- Zombie rework: adding new types of zombies, refining their behavior, improving the feeling of fighting them.
- Reworking the rules for entering the map: choosing a starting point and improving evacuation points.
- Adding a cooperative PvE mode for 4 people with the ability to choose the map, its difficulty and weather conditions.
- Character classes will appear in the game, and the variety of equipment will be significantly increased due to a mass of new items.
- In addition, work is underway on a lot of other important elements, for example, improving sound and game mail.
