This game was created by the talented company Remedy, which has another popular masterpiece based on the best works of Stephen King. Plot

Alan Wake Dilogy is a best-selling psychological thriller that tells the story of a writer suffering from a two-year writer’s block. Together with his wife Alice, he goes to the small town of Bright Falls on the advice of his wife and his friend and agent Barry Wheeler. Before his arrival in the city, Alan has a nightmare in which figures woven from the shadows try to attack him, and then a semi-real figure interferes with his dream and teaches him how to fight the shadows with the help of light. When they arrive, Alan goes to get the keys to the cabin from Carl Stuckey, the owner of the house, but instead he meets a mysterious woman who says that Carl Stuckey has fallen ill and asked her to hand over the keys. And finally they get inside the house and can enjoy their vacation, but then it turns out that Alice planned a trip in order to get Alan out of the crisis, and made an appointment with him with a psychologist. This infuriates Alan and he goes out for a walk, but very soon he hears cries for help. Returning to the house, he sees that his wife is being carried into the lake by some mysterious force, and he jumps into the water for not and loses consciousness. Consciousness returns to him only a week later, and he finds himself sitting in the cab of his car, with a wound on his head and no memory of how he got there. Seeing a strange figure, he remembers his dream and takes the help of a lantern to fight the shadows and move forward towards answers.

The game takes place in a fictional town that is rich in nature and fresh air, and the main character’s enemies are represented by people who are somehow connected with work in this place – woodcutters, mechanics, technicians and other “people”. Most of the action takes place at night, but you will be given occasional respite when the sun is shining outside. The enemies in the game are very diverse – they are of different sizes, carry different weapons, are different creatures. In general, you will have to fight not only with people, but also with revived equipment – for example, with tractors, cars and the like taken under control, and also from time to time you will be attacked by flocks of birds taken under control. The most important weapon in your hands is a flashlight, which pierces through the shadow armor of enemies with its light, and you can destroy them with conventional weapons. If the enemy is close, you can dodge him, and this is done in slow motion. Your life will become much easier when you find flares and flash grenades. Usually in games, these items are practically useless, but here you will sincerely rejoice at every flare you find. As you illuminate the surroundings with a lantern, you may also notice yellow signs and clues left by the mysterious Lantern Lady. She will still play her part, but for now, you should follow her instructions and get to her house. Also in the game there is an entertaining TV program that shows the dark side of the protagonist.
