Amazon Games, the publisher of the global version of the MMORPG Lost Ark, has announced immediate plans to support the game. In addition to new content in the form of a class, raid boss and events, the game will merge servers and regions.
The server merge will take place on March 6 and 13 in all regions covered by Amazon Games. And in the summer of 2024, the regions of North and South America will be united into one mega-region. According to the publisher, this step is aimed at improving group interaction in the game. The company will soon share plans and details of these processes.
It is worth noting that the global version of the game had a high online presence on Steam – 1.3 million players. But in 2 years, peak daily online traffic dropped to 55-60 thousand, which is still an impressive result. In addition, the Japanese version of the game will close on March 20, 2024.
