Euro Truck Simulator 2 Scandinavia has become a real gift for all those who have already managed to catch up with hundreds of hours on smooth autobahns and highways in Europe. Now we are sent to conquer its northern expanses, and this changes the entire simulator so much that fans get an almost completely new game.

Czech developers from SCS Software have been making the same game for 15 years now. They specialize in the delivery of goods by developers. Having accumulated vast experience, and applying advanced graphics technologies, they annually produce real masterpieces. Every year more and more players from all over the world discover the amazing and previously unknown world of truck driving simulators. There is a large community of fans of these projects, and from time to time the most devoted fans release unofficial modifications. But additions released by the creators themselves are always the most long-awaited and expected. Initially, Euro Truck Simulator 2 offered its users roads exclusively in Central Europe, then several countries from Eastern Europe, and now we are getting a unique chance to go to Scandinavia.

Geography and graphics

Your attention is given first of all to 27 new cities from three countries: Sweden, Norway and Denmark. But that’s not all: new types of trucks, such as transported goods. The northern states are distinguished by a harsh climate, which means that completely new landscapes, road junctions, and buildings located along harsh highways await you. Also, the game was simultaneously updated to a new version, and we are expecting updated graphics with improved textures. Lighting, renderings, types of weather conditions – everything sparkled with new colors. Indescribable sunsets and sunrises will force drivers to stop on the highway to watch the real beauty.

Each of the Scandinavian cities is different: each has its own zest, and you can easily distinguish, for example, Malmö from Copenhagen. The nature of the northern part of the continent is also diverse: majestic fjords and glaciers, dense coniferous forests, rocks, gorges and mountains.
