Indie studio Stormhaven Studios, responsible for the development of the MMORPG Embers Adrift, has presented a roadmap for 2024. According to the developers, they have revised their original plans and introduced some things that players have been suggesting since the game’s release.
The game will soon have a free trial version, including content from the first zone and the first dungeon. This will allow new players to get acquainted with the game and understand what they can expect in the full game. This opportunity will appear at the end of February.
In future updates, the developers decided to focus on expanding the available functionality and refining existing mechanics. Thus, the “Message Board”, where players can take quests, will receive new types of tasks to diversify the activities in the game.
In the future, there will be new zones, epic quests, fishing, new armor and the ability to customize it. The exact timing of when new content will appear has not been announced, as the developers still have a lot of work to do.
