METAL GEAR SURVIVE is an alternate universe survival game. In the struggle to survive and understand this hellish new environment, players participate in both single player and co-op. In the battle for survival, dug up materials must be turned into useful items, equipment and weapons if you have any hope of making it at home. Story Details Following Big Boss’s escape at the end of METAL GEAR SOLID: GROUND ZEROES, a soldier at the collapsing Mother Base is nearly sucked into a wormhole that opens above the base. The soldier faints and wakes up six months later in a facility owned by Section Wardenclyffe, a secret research organization under the US government. Players take on the role of this soldier on a mission to rescue those who were sucked into the wormhole six months ago and find a cure for a mysterious infection. “You can’t sit on this. You are already infected with that life form that I told you about,” says a man named Goodluck in the Wardenclyffe section. Gameplay details Two ways to play – single player and co-op. These modes are connected through the Base Camp, as well as character progression and equipment between the two modes. Build and develop your Base Camp. This gives access to weapons and crafting gear, and also serves as a command center for planning missions in both solo and co-op modes. Gathers resources, blueprints, and raw materials for use in crafting. They can be collected in single player mode by exploring the environment or by winning successful co-op missions. Build a base camp with new survival options, including growing crops, raising animals, and storing food and water. As your camp develops, you will gain access to high-end crafting items.
