KOEI TECMO GAMES has released a major update for the global version of the MMORPG Uncharted Waters Origin. It added a new general, an ally, and the Suez Canal to the game, and also launched a New Year’s event.
Uncharted Waters Origin has a new S-Class Admiral, Qi Jiguang, who specializes in combat. He sets sail with the goal of creating an army and writing a textbook to save people suffering from foreign invasions. Users who have unlocked his Memoir can complete his Chronicle without spending any energy. An S-Class ally, Qin Lianyu, has also been added, providing various melee effects such as increased critical strike chance.
The update opened the Suez Canal in the game, connecting the Mediterranean Sea, the Red Sea and the Indian Ocean. It significantly reduces the sailing distance, and you can use it by paying a certain fee, which depends on the status of the ports.
In addition, the developers have launched the New Year Special Attendance event, which will last until January 31, 2024. Users who log into the game during the event will be able to receive many free rewards.
