New Palworld record – 560 thousand concurrent players on Steam and 2 million copies sold in 24 hours

The developers of the open world sandbox Palworld have reached another milestone. They just recently announced that they sold 1 million copies within 8 hours of their early access release, and now that number has doubled. As it became known, within 24 hours from the launch, the Pocketpair team managed to sell 2 million copies on PC and Xbox Series X|S. Game Pass subscribers who downloaded the game for free are of course not counted.

As a result, the number of players also continues to grow. Maximum online increased from 370 thousand to 560 thousand, and for an indie game in early access, the result is excellent. It is possible that there will be even more players later in the evening.

The game’s ratings on Steam have also changed for the better. If we previously wrote about 88% positive reviews, now Palworld’s rating is 92%.
