I deleted the survey email and can no longer receive the reward, is there any way I can get it again? I’m not sure if there is deletion protection, but some emails cannot be deleted until the contents are received.
Currently you can only delete emails without attached rewards. If there are any unclaimed rewards in your mailbox, they will remain where they are.

There doesn’t seem to be a way to preview what an outfit looks like before you buy it. There should be a preview, just like when purchasing individual pieces of an outfit.
As for in-game costumes, you can view them before purchasing. Just click “Preview” or “Try On” in the Store.

When will the next test be?
