Jackto Studios presented roadmap with plans for updates for the survival simulator Night of the Dead, which is in early access. Thanks to her, it became known that a full release will take place before the end of the third quarter of 2024. It also lets you know about upcoming improvements to the game.
The full roadmap for Night of the Dead is as follows:
- First quarter of 2024 — The second part of the story, improving the story, quests from NPCs, transmogrification, improving zombies.
- Second quarter 2024 — The third part of the story, improved characters, new buildings.
- Second-third quarter 2024 (release) – Completion of the story, new buildings, improved balance, improved graphics, achievement.
The developers reported that they removed the previously announced “Particle Teleporter” mechanic, as it did not fit into the game design. After further internal testing, they will decide if they can bring it back in the future. Additionally, the team cautioned that the order in which content is updated may change depending on the development schedule.
