The multiplayer action-adventure Age of Water was originally scheduled for release on April 18, 2024, but future players will unfortunately have to wait a little longer. The developers announced that they are postponing the early access release by exactly one week. Thus, the game will go on sale on April 25, 2024.
According to Three Whales Studio, the reason for the delay is that Age of Water’s new and improved voice acting requires another round of polish. The authors hope that the extra time will allow them to offer players a “true post-apocalyptic gaming experience.”
Age of Water is a post-apocalyptic multiplayer action game set in a once great civilization. After the disaster, the Earth was completely covered with water, so the surviving people built settlements on the roofs of high-rise buildings and the tops of other man-made objects. Players will have to travel on a combat boat between survivor settlements, fight pirates and retrieve artifacts from the bottom of a lost civilization.
