After the start of sales of Founder’s Packs for MOBA SMITE 2, many wondered what the so-called “Ascension Passes” listed in the list of rewards were. The developers decided to clarify the situation by telling more about them.
As in the first part, the heroes will have their own progress bar, allowing them to increase their level and unlock new rewards. However, the sequel will also feature a paid version, which gives you the opportunity to get even more rewards. To access it, you will need the Ascension Pass, sold separately for each character.
Free Mastery Rewards include 1 Skin, Applause Emote, Cheer Emote, Kill Counter, Assist Counter, Mastery Level 10 Emblem, Mastery Emblem, and Mastery Emblem Stars for levels 11+. When you purchase the Ascension Pass, you will immediately unlock a permanent Worship Points Booster, 1 Skin, 1 Special Meter, and a Mastery Emote, and by leveling up you can unlock 2 more Skins, 1 more Special Meter, 1 Global Emote, 1 Title, and additional cosmetics for the loading screen.
As a reminder, the Deluxe Edition includes Ascension Passes for the first 11 characters, and the Ultimate Edition includes 23. You can find out more about the Founder’s Packs at this link.
