Action Square studio has announced that the demo version of the multiplayer PvPvE action game Dungeon Stalkers has become one of the most popular at the Games to Be festival. The event, which took place from February 5 to 12, allowed users from all over the world to learn about upcoming releases on Steam. During this event, the developers also communicated with users in real time through streaming, providing video demonstrations of gameplay. In total, over 1,300 new games were presented.

Due to high demand and user support, the developers have extended the Dungeon Stalkers demo until February 16th. On the first day of the extra period, the game surpassed its previous record for the number of concurrent players.

“It’s a great honor that the Dungeon Stalkers demo was one of the most popular. I hope everyone enjoys the game during the remaining testing period, and we will take the varied user feedback into account when creating a polished final version,” said Action Square Studio Lead Producer Dae Hong Han.

Dungeon Stalkers is a role-playing game that combines elements of the dungeon crawler and battle royale genres. The project attracted more than 100,000 players during the Games to Be festival. The average game time was 95 minutes, and the live broadcast from the developers attracted more than 1,000 viewers and entered the top 5 streams.

Additionally, HYBE IM, a subsidiary of HYBE, entered into a partnership with Action Square on February 5, 2024, signing an agreement to publish Dungeon Stalkers globally and make a strategic investment.
