Blizzard has decided to make a very important change to the multiplayer first-person shooter Overwatch 2, which should seriously affect the game. Already in the ninth season, absolutely all heroes will be able to automatically regenerate health if they do not receive damage for a certain time.
Let us remember that in the first part only Angel had the mechanics of passive healing, and with the release of Overwatch 2 all “healers” received it. Now “tanks” and “damage dealers” will also be able to restore health on their own. According to the developers, this change will allow players to concentrate on other aspects of the game, and will also reduce the pressure on support heroes.
The start of the ninth season in Overwatch 2 is scheduled for February 12, 2024.
