History

The story takes place in 1912 in a fictional air town that can levitate with the help of huge airships, reactors and mysterious contraptions. A private investigator is smuggled to the island by two bizarre clients who instruct him to bring a girl in exchange for his payroll. Then he has a clash with the city rulers.
