Targem Games has made an important change to the multiplayer action game Crossout, designed to speed up matchmaking on consoles. Thanks to the addition of cross-play, from now on all owners of PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles will be able to participate in the same matches. In addition, one general exhibition is available on these platforms.
Let us remind you that previously cross-platform multiplayer was supported only between generations: PlayStation 4 + PlayStation 5 or Xbox One + Xbox Series X|S. Now there are no such restrictions.
It is important to note that this change does not apply to the PC version of Crossout. PC owners will still play on separate servers, so you don’t have to worry about possible balance issues.
