Rising Hell is a dark platformer with Rogue-Like elements, randomly generated challenges and dynamic gameplay that is unforgiving. Developers transferred the events to the abyss, reminiscent of a cross between the surroundings of Hell and the scenery from the books of Howard Lovecraft: poisonous plants, red-hot platforms, fanged stems and monsters and demons emerging from the ground.

The situation around is hardly conducive to exploring the sights – rather to unrestrained battles with enemies appearing around and survival by a hair’s breadth from death. The platformer presents the story superficially – how the hero appeared in such a terrible place and what goals he pursues is impossible even to imagine, and even to consider the local inhabitants it is necessary right in the battle.

But the combat system does not fail: the fights take place in a fierce and driving mode – you have to act sharply and accurately, any mistake instantly leads to the appearance of the Game Over splash screen and return to the main menu with the setting of the next race. And this is how the whole plot goes – to die, to rebel, become stronger and surpass everyone who appears on the way.
