In the distant noughties, this series, more widely known under the name “Confrontation”, was the main favorite of connoisseurs of non-arcade RTS. But over time, this genre lost ground and flew out of the tops. The toy would have been gathering dust in the backyard of history, if not for the Hungarian developers.

Single player game

Moments of conflict

Their difference lies in the composition of the military forces. The USSR has Katyusha rocket launchers and T-34 tanks. Germany has unprincipled bombers and armored personnel carriers. Gameplay

Vehicles are divided into various classes and exist longer than infantry. Foot soldiers can hide in buildings and make full use of any working equipment on the map. Despite all the positive aspects, there is something to complain about. The problem with the game is that there is no specific category of people it is aimed at. Past fanatics of hardcore battlefield fans will not be able to close their eyes to a lot of simplifications and moments that do not fit the canons of the classic parts. Various parts of the tank’s shell have been replaced with a health bar. Warriors cannot pull pieces of iron, throw shells, and even be a passenger without mastering a certain skill, which is simply absurd for such a simulator.
