Swordbreaker Back to The Castle is a story about a treasure seeker who is ready to do anything to while away the rest of his days drinking strong drinks by the fireplace in his personal castle. And so, as if fate had heard the pleas of our hero, he got into his hands a treasure map, which leads to a castle, where a precious diamond of such dimensions is hidden that at once any desire of its owner can be fulfilled, of course, if he can be sold. Without thinking twice, a guy named Mechel sets off on a journey where he will face battles with monsters, disagreements with insidious merchants and much more.

This project is a prequel to the original storyline. It tells the story of the hero’s wanderings until the moment he reached the castle and fought with the inhabitants there. His path runs through the open world of Dorgan. There are enough side activities here, such as assignments to explore the cursed dungeons or get even with a gang of local bandits. Deal with opponents will happen with the help of melee weapons, magic spells and various tricks. Everything you need is purchased from local merchants or dropped from numerous mobs on the world map.

The visual component is far from the level of AAA projects, but the charm of open space interrupts all the shortcomings, offering a large number of intriguing quests. Magic spells take a special place in the adventure: let fire out of your hands, summon meteors or freeze opponents to break them into small pieces.
