Thronebreaker The Witcher Tales is a suddenly formed project in the Witcher universe, which was previously planned as a story branch of the card game “Gwent: The Witcher Card Game”. Users will find a full-fledged plot lasting 30 hours, an advanced dialogue system and the ability to pump the protagonist, uniforms and army camps. Clashes with enemies migrated from Gwent, which means that all battles will take place by drawing up a unique deck and alternating moves. You will need to recruit soldiers into the army through the mentioned buildings.

The main character will face the danger of a new war. Not wanting to give up her possessions, the brave ruler enters the battle fortifying territories and fighting face to face with an indomitable threat. The skirmishes are presented in the form of the previously mentioned Gwent: the field consists of several fields, soldier cards, special enhancements and magic spells. The main task is to score as many points as possible in order to defeat the enemy. Skirmishes come up to two wins. The developers went for a trick and made for each unit on the battlefield its own value, which predetermines the number of points earned at the end. This forces gamers to think ahead about their actions, deciding who to destroy first or who is best suited to defend the first line.
