Thanks to the list of vacancies on the Rockstar Games website, it became known that the developers are currently looking for people to test Russian text translation. It is likely that we are talking about the localization of Grand Theft Auto VI. The vacancy is temporary and is designed for 12 months, which hints at the release of the game no earlier than March 2025.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing consultations on localization.
- Help with choosing fonts.
- Checking textures and UI design.
- Checking the display of all symbols in the game.
- Proofreading of all text for all products and services to ensure the highest possible localization quality.
- Compliance with all rules for the translation of terminology, brands and names.
- Perform special translations if necessary.
Let us remind you that the release of Grand Theft Auto VI will take place in 2025 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The PC version will appear later.
