Astrum Entertainment announced the release of a major spring update for the MMORPG Allods Online, which adds a continuation of the storyline on Jigran. In new missions, players will be able to find out what happened after defeating the mysterious Sparkcatcher who lives under the city.
According to the plot, the hero, together with Alyosha, encounter the sparks of the deceased inhabitants of Sarnaut and two “extra people” – famous personalities from the ancient history of Sarnaut with changed destinies. They need to find five more of these “extras” to find out the fate of the city and join the ranks of allies to fight the threat. During their search, they travel to the uncharted territories of Jigran, explore the Fortecia fortress and the village of Kelinovka, help residents and encounter dangerous creatures. They will also visit a casino in the Dartasovo area. The heroes will have to explore the gloomy streets of Kirova Slobodka and Firezovka, where they will reveal terrible secrets.
Players who can gain the respect of the townspeople of Dar-Ulgorn will receive permission to use Jigran carriages and access to purchase new costumes. If you discover all the secrets of Jigran, you can count on rare hairstyles that were previously available only to local residents.
The developers also reworked the Templar class, adding new levels of development for defense and attack. Thanks to the changes, he has become more durable, and new levels give him the ability to better defend and heal in critical situations. He is also able to deal more area damage, and the improved Death Sentence skill makes him more effective against monsters and other players.
In the future, the authors plan to rework the Necromancer class, add various items to improve the comfort of playing on subscription servers, and improve Dominion cards.
