The developers of the multiplayer action game “World of Ships” announced the final of the “Breakthrough” tournament. Brawl.” On April 28, the playoffs and finals begin, which will be held online and will allow viewers to receive a variety of rewards. For every 240 minutes watched, one of the random rewards will be awarded: Premium Ship IX container, permanent Rover camouflage for Tier X destroyer Shimakaze, Super Container, or something else.
After a series of battles, the eight strongest teams will compete for the main prize of the tournament – 640,000 rubles, which will be distributed among the teams that take first, second and third places. The total prize fund is about 3,000,000 rubles, taking into account direct payments, taxes and in-game rewards.
“More than 17,000 people took part in the qualifying stages of the tournament – this impressive result was a direct consequence of the experiment to lower the threshold for entry into our e-sports! And the updated team formation system introduced elements of unpredictability and sports excitement – even members of the same clan ended up on different teams,” said Roman Efremov, Operations Director of World of Ships, Lesta Igry Group of Companies.
