The Innova company has launched a concept art competition for the MMORPG Lineage 2. Until May 15, 2024 inclusive, artists can submit their creations with a sketch of a costume that will be worn by a game character of any gender and race from the game. The publisher notes that any element of the era can serve as inspiration: the armor of the crusaders, the ceremonial outfit of Charlemagne, the robe of a plague doctor, or even paintings by Bosch.
The winner will be determined by the Lineage 2 developers themselves from the South Korean company NCSOFT. He will receive in-game bonuses and the opportunity to take a concept art course at Smirnov School, and the winners will be given a character creation course and game coins. But what’s more interesting is that, according to the developer, the most original costume will be added to the Lineage 2 client of all versions of the world. The winner will get it for free.
