Bandai Namco, as promised, has released the console version of the MMORPG Blue Protocol. The game has become available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, but so far only in Japan. Since the project is distributed free of charge, PlayStation Plus and Xbox Game Pass subscriptions are not required.
In order to download Blue Protocol, you need to do the following:
- Create a Japanese PlayStation account (it’s better to do this through the console itself) and download the client through the store PlayStation Store.
- Change the region in the console settings in Japan and download the client via Xbox Store (You can use your existing account).
We don’t yet know if a VPN is needed for the console version of the game. If you have already checked, please write in the comments.
The global version of Blue Protocol will be released in 2024 on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
