Developers from Delabs Inc announced the start of a playtest of the sci-fi sandbox Space Frontier. Users can already request access on the page in Steam and get acquainted with the game until December 26, 2023.
Space Frontier takes place in the distant future, in which planet Earth has been destroyed and the remnants of humanity have rushed to other planets in search of a new home. Players will have to become a pioneer and land on the planet Arcadia. As in any classic sandbox, we will be collecting valuable resources and building a base, battles with a variety of monsters and other players, quests and interaction with NPCs.
The developers note that they added story quests to add depth and meaning to the gameplay, which is so often ignored by other games in this genre.
